This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the site "parcelsapp.com" (hereinafter - the Administration of the site) and the User of this Site.
The site administration reserves the right at any time to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement without notifying the User. The user is personally responsible for verifying this Agreement for any changes to it.
Use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.
Auto Renewing Subscriptions
- User can purchase Premium auto renewing subscription for 1 month or 1 year to disable ads, enable Push Notifications and support app development
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account (or Google Play) at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Cost of renewal stays the same as when you first purchased subscription.
- You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal by going to the your iTunes Account Settings after purchase
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the Goods and / or services provided on the Website.
The site provides the user with the following types of services (services):
- access to mail tracking and site navigation tools;
- providing the User with the ability to post messages, comments, user reviews, rate the content of the site;
This Agreement covers all existing (actually functioning) at the moment services (services) of the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services (services) that appear in the future.
This Agreement is a public offer. When accessing the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
A responsibility
Any losses that the User may suffer in the event of intentional or reckless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, are not reimbursed by the Site Administration.
The site administration is not responsible for:
- Delays or malfunctions in the process of the operation occurring due to force majeure, as well as any case of malfunctions in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.
- Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.
- The proper functioning of the Site, if the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.
Terms of Service – ParcelsApp Pro Subscription

At ParcelsApp, we believe in keeping things straightforward. If you decide to cancel your Pro Subscription, you may request a refund for your current billing cycle directly from your Pro Dashboard — no questions asked. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. While we never require an explanation, we always welcome your feedback and questions, as it helps us improve the Service for everyone.
1. Overview of Pro Subscription
ParcelsApp Pro is a paid monthly subscription plan that allows you to track more shipments than provided under the free plan.

Free Plan:
Each account includes tracking of up to 20 unique shipments per month at no cost.

Pro Plans:
If you need more than 20 shipments, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Available tiers include 100, 300, 500, 1000, or a custom number of unique shipments per month.
A unique shipment is defined as one distinct tracking number added to your account. Each new tracking number is counted toward your monthly limit.
2. Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
- Your billing cycle begins on the date of your subscription purchase and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices may change with notice and are displayed on parcelsapp.com/pro.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Pro Dashboard account screen.
- You may request a full refund for the current month through your account dashboard.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Shipment Tracking Limits
- Each unique tracking number you add counts toward your plan’s monthly limit.
- Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- Once your limit is reached, you must upgrade or wait until the next cycle.
6. Warranties Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ParcelsApp makes no warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
ParcelsApp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
ParcelsApp may suspend or terminate your subscription for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Dubai courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
