The company allows Chinese vendors to sell and ship directly to customers without having to rely on warehouses in the destination country.
Simply visit "Your orders" and click the "Track" button next to your order to get a direct link to your shipping information. You will be able to see your shipping carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and latest shipping status on the page.

If you haven't seen any updates about where your order is, don't worry! It's probably because your stuff is coming from Temu's warehouses that are far away, across the sea. You won't see any updates until your package gets to your country and is picked up by Temu's local delivery friends, who will bring it right to your door. They'll scan your package (but only on days they work) to let you know where your order is.
