Terms of Service

These ParcelsApp API Terms of Service (the "API Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our application programming interfaces, software development kits, sample code, command line tools, developer tools and other related documentation and materials made available by ParcelsApp, including, without limitation, through the ParcelsApp API website (collectively, "APIs"). Access to Our APIs

Subject to the restrictions below, we grant you a paid on a monthly basis, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, limited license to access our APIs only as necessary to develop, test, use and support an application (an "Application" or "App").

Restrictions

You agree not to use our APIs to create any tracking website or mobile application that competes with our own ParcelsApp website or mobile application.

You are prohibited from transferring your API key to any third party or registering multiple free accounts.

Uptime

We will try to update and restore tracking for affected courier service, but it's not guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that any supported courier service can stop working at any time and that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from such discontinuation.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with our APIs, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a paid plan. No questions will be asked.

Termination

You may terminate this Contract at any time by cancelling your subscription to our APIs. We may terminate this Contract with or without cause, and without notice to you. Refund for the current month will be issued automatically.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these API Terms or your use of our APIs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

API Changes

ParcelsApp is still evolving, and so we need the flexibility to occasionally make changes to our APIs, including backwards incompatible changes. We will try to give notice of these changes.
