As of March 14, 2022 parcel delivery company Hermes, which counts Asos, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis as clients, is changing its name to Evri as part of a complete rebrand to enhance its customer services.
Described as a new chapter for Hermes, the company will rebrand as Evri with a new logo and brand identity, explained the delivery company in a statement, which will be rolled out across all its locations, vehicles and ParcelShops.

Hermes gives every parcel that travels through our network its own 16 character tracking code, whether it’s coming from your favorite retailer or a friend.
You’ll need to get your parcel’s tracking number from its sender – retailers usually send this to you by email with information about your delivery.
Just enter this number into the tracker, above.
Whether you've dropped your parcel off at a ParcelShop or Locker, your courier has collected it or you're waiting for your delivery, you can track your package throughout its journey.
If your courier has tried to deliver your parcel they’ll leave a calling card that has an 8 digit number printed on it. Enter this number in the box above to get an update on your tracked postage.

The 16 digit tracking number should have been provided by your retailer or parcel sender. If you do not have a valid tracking number please contact the sender who will be able to provide you with this.
You can track an international parcel in exactly the same way you’d track a UK parcel. Simply put the 16-digit tracking number into the Tracking Number input box on the top of this page and click the red button with binoculars icon near search box.
Depending on your selected method at the time of booking, timings can vary. Our delivery methods range from 24 hour deliveries to up to 7 days for remote locations. We strive to meet the expected timescales so your parcel will be working its way to you for the expected delivery day. To see exactly where your parcel is, use the tracking above.
Your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel and or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place so that it is convenient for you.

It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
I'd recommend using our online tracking service to get the latest update on your parcel's journey. All you need is the 16 digit barcode provided when you ordered the parcel.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered to a standard UK address. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight).

You can track a parcel you’re returning in the same way as one you’re receiving. All you need to do is enter the 16 character parcel tracking code into the tracker. If you’re returning a parcel using a Print In-Store device, make a note of the long number underneath the printed label and enter it in the box above.
