Below we explain the meaning of some of the states:
In warehouse: means that your package has arrived at SEUR facilities and will be shipped to its destination.
In transit: it means that the merchandise has left its origin but it is still pending to arrive at the destination ship to proceed with the delivery.
On the way: we are taking internal steps to get your package delivered as soon as possible.
In SEUR management: means that the shipment is subject to internal SEUR procedures prior to delivery.
Out for delivery: your package is in the hands of our dealer, and will be delivered throughout the day. We cannot guarantee a delivery time, unless you have contracted a preferential service in which case it will be delivered before 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
New delivery established: either for internal procedures or because you have provided a solution after placing your order in incidence, we have established a new delivery date for your package.
To be solved by the client: state in which we need more information from the recipient, at the shipping data level, to make the delivery effective.
Unknown address or unknown recipient: status of the shipment in which we need some additional information at the address or contact level of the recipient to make the delivery effective.
Yes, the consignee of the shipment can authorize another person to make a collection. The authorized person must present a written authorization, signed by the recipient and must provide a photocopy of the DNI, NIE or passport of the same.
SEUR couriers do not manage deliveries over the phone. SEUR will notify you via SMS or email indicating the date, as well as the delivery time range. If you need to change the date you can do it by following the instructions provided via SMS or email. You can make changes the same day of delivery up to 1 hour before the reported time range.
This may occur if the information we have about your shipment is incorrect and needs clarification. Or, the shipment could not be tracked without more information.
When the SEUR courier cannot contact you, we will send you a notification via SMS, email or physical note, indicating the reason for the non-delivery and a link or code to manage your new delivery options.
To request a new delivery date or make any changes, you must enter the absence code and the postal code in the absence notification section , and you can: modify the delivery or collection address, change the date and time of collection, select a center to collect the merchandise or return the shipment to the sender.
At SEUR they want you to receive your shipment as soon as possible, which is why we offer you various alternatives for you to choose the time and place of delivery. After an absence you can request: Pick up at a SEUR store, change the delivery date, change the delivery address or complete the delivery details.
