This period saw an unprecedented increase in e-commerce activity. Consequently, the demand for a robust tracking system became evident.
Swiship, a trademark of Amazon Technologies, Inc., was introduced to meet this need. This development allowed Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) sellers and their customers to track their parcels in real-time and receive updates on their dispatched orders.
Swiship was designed to offer tracking services for all MCF orders, irrespective of the carrier involved.
