Where is my LBC tracking number?

LBC's official FAQ says a Philippine domestic cargo tracking number may contain 12–17 digits and appears on the lower-left of the receipt, below the barcode. Other services and countries can use different numeric formats, so copy the number exactly as LBC issued it instead of changing it to fit a fixed length.

• A booking number is not the same as a tracking number. LBC says the tracking number is issued after payment and pickup for an online booking.
• A Shopee, Lazada, bank, or seller order number may identify the purchase, not the LBC shipment.
• If you are the recipient and do not have the tracking number, ask the sender or merchant for it. LBC's public tracker cannot search by name or phone number.

Why does LBC tracking say “No Record Found” or “Invalid Number”?

An empty result is frustrating, but it does not explain whether the parcel is delayed, not yet handed to LBC, or linked to a different number. It only means the lookup returned no shipment for the number you entered.

1. Check every digit against the receipt or the sender's confirmation. Remove accidental spaces, but do not shorten the number.
2. Try the same number on the official LBC tracker.
3. If both trackers show no record, ask the sender to confirm that the number is the LBC tracking number—not a booking or order number.
4. If the number is confirmed and still has no record, contact LBC through its official support page.

What does “Shipment is with a concern” mean?

This status says LBC needs attention on the shipment, but the public wording does not identify the exact reason. It is not proof that the package is lost. Check the official tracking record, then contact LBC with the tracking number so the team can confirm the specific issue and the available next step.

If LBC offers redelivery or transfer for branch pickup, use the official disposition form . The form notes that redelivery or transfer to the nearest branch is limited to the same area or city.

Why has my LBC tracking not updated?

Parcels can show only the scans supplied by LBC. A gap between updates does not reveal the parcel's physical position, and repeatedly refreshing will not create a new scan.

• Check the date and location of the latest update rather than only the headline status.
• Compare the result with LBC Track & Trace to rule out a display delay.
• If a delivery estimate has passed or the latest wording asks for action, contact LBC or the sender. The sender may need to raise the shipment inquiry for some orders.

How long does LBC delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the service, origin, destination, handoffs, weather, shipment volume, and customs for international parcels. Treat the latest carrier estimate as an estimate, not a promise.
