The Special Post Service of Ukraine was established on the 1st August 1939, following a Decision of the USSR Council of People's Commissars. It was aimed to provide reliable delivery of confidential correspondence. At the beginning of the War, the Special Post Service was evacuating significant documents to rearward areas of the country and providing delivery of correspondence to the military units and government agencies. State Enterprise of Special Post participates in providing Special Post services for the most significant events of the country such as elections, nationwide referendums, general secondary education tests, etc. For more than 70 years, the staff of the Special Post was gaining invaluable expertise of cooperation with various customers. It enabled the Enterprise to take an important place at the postal services market.
