What the report can show

Country and route shares refer only to the completed deliveries observed by Parcels in this report, not to trade, demand or market share.

Delivery times describe completed deliveries only. Parcels that were still travelling are not included.

05 How we measured it

How we made this report

The report period runs from 6 September 2026 to 3 October 2026 and contains 424 526 completed deliveries. We include only completed international deliveries with known origin and destination countries.

We count whole days between the first and last tracking updates for parcels marked as delivered. The last update can appear after delivery, so this is not an exact measure of the time from posting to receipt. The period includes parcels first recorded as delivered during these dates; older records use the date they were added.

Which deliveries are included?

We include completed international deliveries from the report period. A country report uses deliveries ending in that country.

How should I read the delivery times?

‘Half arrived within’ splits completed deliveries into two equal groups. The displayed range covers roughly 8 in 10 completed deliveries; about 1 in 10 was quicker and about 1 in 10 took longer.

‘Most deliveries’ means roughly 8 in 10 completed deliveries in this report. Past observations are not a promised delivery time for one parcel.
